Furthermore, where Axiom Capital Resource introduces you to a lender, note buyer, capital provider, or borrower, you acknowledge our role as a proprietary intermediary. You agree not to circumvent our firm to independently pursue transactions with introduced counterparties in violation of any active non-circumvention or fee agreements executed between you and Axiom Capital Resource.
